webscreen/window setting/gravity can be specified coordinate

i want create a assistive button(floating button),when tap this button, i hope the app launcher window shown at the near clicked coordination.

in addition,webscreen floating bar (or bubbles)overlay settings/retuen to initial position of floating bar (or bubbles) ,is that possile to add option "stick to screen edge", and "long tap","double tap" command are also helpful.
